01Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Bos Logistics B.V., located at Schiphol Zuid-Oost and registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
02Services
Bos Logistics provides transport, warehousing, distribution and related logistics services. The specific agreements are laid down in the individual agreement or quote.
03Liability
The liability of Bos Logistics is limited in accordance with the applicable CMR convention conditions and the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX). Bos Logistics is not liable for consequential damage.
04Rates and payment
All rates are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
05Complaints and claims
Complaints about work performed must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery, substantiated with the relevant documentation.
06Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
