Bos Logistics, a logistics service provider in the Benelux, has expanded its handling operations at Zaventem Airport (Belgium) effective January 1, 2024, through the acquisition of office space and a warehouse of approximately 3,500 m² from CEVA Logistics. This move marks an important milestone in Bos Logistics’ strategy to offer customers a comprehensive package covering the entire Benelux region.

Acquisition of Employees
The transfer of operations to Bos Logistics also means that CEVA’s current warehouse staff will transfer to Bos Logistics. Frank Bos Jr: “With this step, we welcome our new colleagues and look forward to further expanding our operations at Brucargo. Following the acquisition of Vanbever-Heymans to strengthen our transport operations, we are now also gaining a stronger position in the area of air cargo handling and cross-docking. Together with the team in Zaventem, we expect to expand our services in the coming period.”

Sustainable logistics
With this expansion, Bos is able to offer a comprehensive solution in the Benelux. Not only transport, but also neutral handling at the airports. Previously, this might have required different parties or separate bookings, but now customers can benefit from a seamless and efficient solution under one roof.

Modern warehouse
The new location at Zaventem Airport (Brucargo) is situated in a prime location. It not only includes ample office space but also features a modern 3,500 m² warehouse. This warehouse offers various facilities, including Pharma & dangerous goods handling, as well as an RTO license and TAPA certification.
